Withdrawal, returns and complaints
14-day right of withdrawal
When buying online as a consumer, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send an unequivocal notice to ecrinbabyy@gmail.com, for example including your order number, the goods concerned and your name. You do not have to use the model form below, and prior approval is not required to notify us of your withdrawal.
Where and when to return goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Please include your order number so we can identify the return. Do not send goods to the manufacturer's address unless expressly agreed with us.
When withdrawing, the customer bears the direct return costs where they were informed of those costs in advance. For bulky goods that cannot normally be returned by post, an estimated return cost is provided in advance.
Condition of the goods
You may inspect and test the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond that extent. The original packaging helps ensure safe transport; its absence alone does not remove the right of withdrawal.
Reimbursement
We reimburse payments within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal, including the cost of the initial standard delivery. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement is made using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. We do not reimburse extra costs for a more expensive delivery option chosen instead of standard delivery.
Personalised goods
The exception for goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalised applies only where the legal conditions are met and advance information has been provided. Choosing a standard colour or package, or having goods supplied on request, does not in itself automatically remove the right of withdrawal.
Complaints about non-conforming goods
Your statutory rights concerning non-conforming goods are separate from the right of withdrawal. New goods have statutory protection against lack of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery. Write to us with your order number and a description of the problem; photographs may help. Statutory rights to repair or replacement apply and, where the relevant conditions are met, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. Necessary costs for a valid statutory claim are borne by the trader. A manufacturer's warranty does not limit these rights.

Service assistance for JUNAMA products
For a JUNAMA product purchased from ECRINBABY, submit your statutory claim to ECRINBABY with the order number, model and a description of the problem. Where technical assistance is needed, we coordinate the case with the manufacturer or the relevant service centre. You do not have to contact JUNAMA first to exercise your statutory rights against us as the seller.
Do not send the product to Poland or another service address without prior instructions from ECRINBABY. The Plovdiv return address stated above continues to apply unless otherwise agreed for the particular case.
