Shipping within the European Union
We accept online orders for delivery only to European Union member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
We do not offer delivery outside the EU, including to Turkey, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway.
Cost
Standard delivery to supported EU countries is free. The final total and selected delivery method are displayed before you confirm payment.
Delivery time and dispatch
The estimated delivery time is approximately 1 week, depending on the availability and preparation of the particular model, colour and package. Some products are dispatched directly by the manufacturer. If we identify a delay, we notify the customer and agree an updated delivery time; mandatory rights concerning delayed delivery remain unaffected. Where a tracking number is provided, we send it with the shipment information.
Receiving your order and making changes
Check your address and telephone number before ordering. If a change is needed, contact us immediately; changes after dispatch depend on the carrier's capabilities. If there is visible damage, retain the packaging and let us know, with photographs where possible. The absence of photographs or a delivery damage report does not remove your statutory rights concerning goods that do not conform to the contract.
