Scope and delivery area
These terms apply to purchases by consumers through Ecrinbaby.com. Delivery is offered only to the 27 member states of the European Union. Deliveries outside the EU are not accepted. Providing translations does not change the delivery area or mandatory consumer rights.
Product, colour and package
Check your selected model, colour and variant. The items included are those expressly stated in the description and purchased variant. For 2-in-1 strollers, the package includes the frame, newborn carrycot and stroller seat; a 3-in-1 package also includes an infant car seat. An ISOFIX base or another accessory is included only where expressly stated for the selected variant. Photographs showing additional accessories do not automatically mean that all those accessories are included. Colours may vary slightly depending on the screen.
Prices, ordering and payment
Prices and payments are in euros. The final total, including applicable taxes and delivery, is displayed before confirmation. Before pressing the payment button, you can review and correct your basket and details. Confirming the order entails an obligation to pay. Use only the payment methods actually offered at checkout.
After the order is submitted, confirmation is generated for the email address provided. Keep your order number and details. If we find that we cannot fulfil the selected variant, we contact you to agree a solution; any substitution or price change requires your consent. For an unfulfillable prepaid order, amounts owed are reimbursed in accordance with the applicable rules.
Delivery
Standard delivery within supported EU countries is free. The estimated delivery time is approximately 1 week, depending on availability and preparation of the particular variant. Details and rights relating to delays are explained in the Shipping Policy.
Withdrawal and complaints
The conditions for 14-day withdrawal, return address, reimbursement and rights concerning lack of conformity are set out in the separate Withdrawal, Returns and Complaints Policy. Stating that goods are supplied “on request” does not automatically exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.

Use the product according to the instructions supplied and the manufacturer's restrictions for the particular model. An additional commercial warranty applies only if provided for the relevant product and in accordance with its warranty document; it does not limit your statutory rights against the seller.
